TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment is not refunded.
2. Tickets are only valid at the institution and point of departure.
3. Tickets are only valid until the end of the week, month, or semester.
4. Zaamo Transports reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to and/or use of the Services if any payment is due but unpaid.
5. Zaamo Transport reserves the right to inspect all Customers' tickets.
6. The Customer is solely responsible for controlling access to the online payment platform.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for loss, delay, or non-performance due to events beyond their control including natural disasters, acts of war, internet failure, etc.
